Tax: Labor is generally not taxed in Colorado; parts are itemized and taxed as required.

What is your 'No Fix, No Fee' policy?
My 'No Fix, No Fee' guarantee is simple: if I cannot diagnose or resolve the issue with your computer, you do not pay for the labor. In cases where a repair requires a specific part and you decline to purchase it, a small diagnostic bench fee of $40 may apply for the time spent on testing.
How long do most computer repairs take?
Most software repairs, like virus removal and performance tune-ups, are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but are typically finished within 3-5 business days. I provide a clear time estimate after the initial diagnosis.
Do you work on laptops as well as desktops?
Yes, I service both Windows-based desktop PCs and laptops. This includes hardware upgrades like RAM and SSD installation, screen issues, and all software-related troubleshooting.
What does your 6-month warranty cover?
The 6-month warranty covers the labor on the original repair. If the exact same problem reoccurs within six months of the service date, I will perform the follow-up labor for free. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated issues or the cost of replacement hardware.
